Join Chef Barbara Lynch on a journey through the Langhe, one of Italy's foremost regions for food, wine, and beauty - at the very best time of the year - White Truffle Season!
After spending two days luxuriating in Milan to recover from any jet-lag, embark on the experience of a lifetime as Stir goes on the road to The Langhe during the very best time of the year - White Truffle Season! Renowned for it’s rich culinary and viticultural history, Piedmont is home to the Slow Food Movement, which champions local produce and traditional cooking methods.
With the stunning restored estate of Ca’ Rapulin in Calosso serving as home-base, trace the footsteps of Chef Barbara Lynch with hands-on pasta making demonstrations, baking workshops, and farm and dairy tours - all curated by Chef herself! We will explore wineries in the rolling hills of Barolo and Barbaresco, both UNESCO World Heritage sites, where some of the world’s finest wines have been produced for hundreds of years. Also, let us not forget, it is truffle season! Indulge in truffle-laden meals at Michelin-starred restaurants and embark on an authentic truffle hunt with Chef Barbara, led by a seasoned truffle hunter and his dog.
Every meal and each experience has been expertly curated by Chef Barbara Lynch herself, so no detail is left unplanned.
